They also wanted specific departments to have information for their teams that was limited to that team only. Additionally, they wanted to have an online employee directory with photos and contact information. Our Web Solutions Experts worked with them to provide an internal web site that provided their exact needs for centralizing their information. The process started with developing a series of standard templates for primary pages and others for department specific needs. We worked with each department head to insure the needed information was in place and that the proper security was in place by working with the internal IT staff. We also worked with the HR staff to provide photography services where we provided several photography sessions where the staff was able to drop by and have a quality photograph taken. Our services included the post production work on the photos where we cropped and sized to the needed specifications for the internal web site. The overall outcome of the project made it much easier for employees to find needed documentation, forms and contact information. This ultimately saved the company money by decreasing the time employees spent looking for information and having the latest version of forms at hand.
