John J NosalEleonore Pieper is a dynamic, adaptable and results driven consultant with an unfailing commitment to the success of her clients. She has a 13 year record of achievement and demonstrated success in the areas of organizational change management, project management, and facilitating change. Eleonore has a MA, and PhD magna cum laude Westfälische Wilhelmsuniversität Münster, Germany: She is also certified as a PMP (Project Management Professional) by the Project Management Institute and a certified CPF (Certified Professional Facilitator) by the International Association of Facilitators.

Selected Accomplishments:

  • Designed and delivered the project management module for the SMU’s new Certificate in Management Program.

  • Developed and delivered a suite of custom-built project management and organizational development classes for the Parkland hospital’s project managers, sponsors and VPs in IT, facilities and quality management for Parkland Hospital.

  • Implemented and transitioned a Program Management Office to oversee and direct the entire hospital IT operations within 12 months for Parkland Hospital.

  • Provided project planning, facilitation assistance and people change management consultation on the 5-year CERNER and EPIC implementation projects at the hospital and providing leadership and training for the MS Project Server 2003 rollout for the Program Management Office for Parkland Hospital.

  • Taught a PMI-recognized suite of Project Management classes to an annual worldwide audience of over 600 Project Managers for Perot Systems. Researched, developed and maintained a company-proprietary People Change Management Methodology and both developed and taught a PMI-recognized class on the methodology for Perot Systems.
